Zirax was established in 2002. Zirax has become an innovative specialty chemicals producer with manufacturing facilities, R&D and marketing. Over the years, Zirax has become an innovative specialty chemicals producer with modern laboratories and manufacturing facilities, a raw material quarry and a dedicated oil & gas services company.
This provides for best possible quality control via the whole process chain to produce the final material for our existing and new customer globally, including tailor made solutions for particular purposes, which need the most careful treatments. Being a customer orientated company we develop our technologies and production sites to produce our chemicals at the most reasonable costs with minimum damage to the environment.
ANNUAL PRODUCTION CAPACITIES:
Calcium chloride – 120,000 metric tons
Specialty chemicals – 60,000 tons
Surfactants – 50,000 tons
RAW MATERIALS SUPPLY:
In 2009, Zirax acquired a limestone quarry, which helped to secure a long-term supply and insured sustainable quality control for 96-98% calcium chloride pellets.
The use of synthetic hydrochloric acid in production makes it possible to obtain a product with a minimum content of impurities.
