Z-Break filter cake breaker is a multi-component solution designed to disperse or to completely dissolve the filter cake of water-based drilling muds.

Z-Break effectively removes the barrier between the open hole and the formation’s matrix without secondary sediments, corrosion risks, reduces the time to bring the well to production, increasing injectivity in injection wells.

Mixing two components of the filter cake breaker is done immediately before injection into the well.
