Water treatment

Calcium chloride is a good source of calcium and a way to regulate the pH balance, so it can be successfully used to improve water characteristics. Calcium plays the role of a coagulant - a precipitating agent.

During the coagulation process, calcium cations combine with various impurities with a negative charge (fluorides, acids and chromium). The resulting particles settle to form an insoluble matter.

Water purification with calcium provides a number of advantages, including high solubility and no need for special equipment.
