ZIRAX Group (later referred to as ZIRAX), one of the leading global producers of synthetic calcium chloride pellets and related derivatives, including oilfield process, food and industrial chemicals, has announced acquisition of half of the capital in one of the leading Surfactant producers in Russia – JSC NIIPAV (ENPAV), Russia, Volgogonsk city.
