Zirax, international company, involved in development, production and marketing of specialty chemicals based on calcium chloride, signed commercial agreement with Nuberg Engineering Ltd to transfer know-how and process of calcium chloride pellets production for one of investors in Abu-Dhabi, UAE.

In correspondence with agreements reached, the Indian EPC contractor will be responsible for Residual basic engineering, Detailed Engineering, procurement and erection of process chemical equipment and for construction of anhydrous calcium chloride pellets production site on “turn key basis” in one of industrial zones of Abu-Dhabi. Zirax’s responsibility will be to transfer the know-how and technology of production of liquid & anhydrous product to the partner and to provide overall and basic engineering, fabrication drawings for key process equipment and plant operation manuals for new production.
